Mentored by Emmy Award winner Debbie Allen, Kim Hale is a creative talent on the rise. Known for her ability to take a project from inception to fruition, Kim continues to say "YES" to new opportunities to explore her creativity in all mediums. A former professional dancer, Kim has discovered a new purpose "Behind the Scenes" guiding and supporting the vision of artists at every stage in their career. Ultimately, she would like to develop and produce engaging programming for television and digital platforms.

For the past three years Kim has worked as a Talent Agent at The Movement Talent Agency in Los Angeles representing some of the Dance Industry's most sought after Dance Educators and Choreographers. Most recently, Kim served as Director and Choreographer of the 2nd Annual ANOC Awards Dinner and Gala which aired on NBC Sports Network. She was also part of the Creative Team of the Special Olympics Opening Ceremonies 2015 directed by Grey's Anatomy Executive Producer, Debbie Allen which aired on ESPN. She also orchestrated a collaboration between the Debbie Allen Dance Academy and Capezio that resulted in a Print Ad in the October 2015 issue of Dance Teacher Magazine that personifies what a ballerina in 2015 is, can and will be.

Kim was born in Torrance, CA and received a Bachelor's of Science from Wellesley College and Master's Degree from Syracuse University. She is currently on the Advisory Board of dance.com, a new social platform created for dancers by Capezio.
